Sr. Accountant

Verifying all voucher (Receipt, Payment & journal), checking sales invoice and challan, checking all advice, physical verification & stock reconciliation, sales bill receive from dealers and checking, payment follow up, advertisement bill receive from dealers and check as per given budget, LC document preparation, LC payment follow-up, verifying Excise/VAT register, ensure TDS where if applicable, Checking registration expenses of bikes, insurance of machine, reporting of dealers reconciliation account on monthly, reporting of physical rectification of branch and all dealers report on monthly basis, stock reconciliation of branch & all dealers on monthly basis, reporting of bank reconciliation on monthly basis, reporting.

• Financial Accounting Department (Which has divisions such as General Account, Cash, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Sales, Purchase and Accounts Payable.)
• Internal Auditing Department
• Taxation Department
• Management Accounting Department
