Job Description
- Leading the team for distribution center (i.e. sort) for inbound, outbound, sort and handover operations.
- Responsible for handling and processing Cross Border volume.
- Responsible for maintaining handover data to cater billing for 3rd party vendors.
- Coordination with Customer operations team for buyer communication improving customer experience.
- Responsible for providing on the job training for new team members.
- Responsible for monitoring and follow-up of intercity movement of forward and reverse load.
- Responsible for monitoring and follow-up for distribution center (i.e. sort) backlog and intercity movement backlog.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in managing a large team
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Essential to have intermediate-level Excel skill
