Role Description The Openclaw Expert at Garocha will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations between the Openclaw framework and Garocha’s creator engagement platform. This full-time, on-site role in Kathmandu involves developing robust backend and infrastructure components, ensuring high performance and scalability for interactive streaming features, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver new tools for creators and fans. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, maintainable code, troubleshooting and debugging production issues, improving system reliability, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices. The Openclaw Expert will also participate in code reviews, mentor team members on Openclaw usage, and work closely with stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Openclaw or similar real-time interaction frameworks, with experience integrating them into live streaming or high-traffic web platforms.
Proficiency in backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar), RESTful APIs, and microservices architectures, with a focus on performance and scalability.
Solid understanding of real-time communication technologies (e.g., WebSockets, event-driven systems, message queues) and distributed systems concepts.
Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, and optimizing queries for large-scale applications.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and logging tools).
Knowledge of payment gateway integrations or fintech-related systems is a plus, especially in global or multi-region contexts.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate complex technical ideas clearly, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in the creator economy, live streaming platforms, and interactive audience engagement, with a passion for building tools that empower creators.
