Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a remote role based in Nepal. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting services, and building long-term relationships to drive growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach and follow-ups, managing sales pipelines, supporting local marketing initiatives, and coordinating promotional activities and events. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, provide client feedback, and assist in training staff on sales and customer engagement best practices. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics and contributing to strategies that increase brand awareness and service utilization in the community.

• Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented support to current and prospective clients.
• Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, manage pipelines, negotiate, close deals, and track performance.
• Training experience to guide team members on sales processes, client interaction standards, and service offerings.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within healthcare, social services, or community-focused sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including occasional local travel for meetings and events.
• Proficiency with basic CRM tools, presentation software, and productivity applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Ads) targeting the Nepali diaspora in the US, UK, Australia, Gulf, etc.

• Manage social media presence and content calendar in English and Nepali

• Create marketing materials (brochures, videos, testimonials) showcasing services and patient stories

• Run SEO and content marketing for saathisnehacare.com to drive consultation bookings

• Build partnerships with diaspora community organizations, temples, and Nepali associations abroad

• Manage email/WhatsApp nurture campaigns for leads through the consultation funnel

• Track and report on campaign performance (leads, conversion, CAC)

• Collaborate with care team to gather authentic patient/family testimonials

• Coordinate PR and local outreach in Kathmandu

Requirements

• 2–5 years in marketing, ideally in healthcare, diaspora-focused, or service-based businesses

• Fluent in Nepali and English (written and spoken)

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools

• Strong content/copywriting skills, sensitivity to family/eldercare themes

• Understanding of the Nepali diaspora community and cultural nuances

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing to overseas/NRN (Non-Resident Nepali) audiences

• Video editing or basic design skills (Canva, Adobe)

• Background in healthcare or senior care marketing
