Job Description
Branding Bee is seeking a highly motivated and creative YouTube Channel & Content Manager to take full ownership of a high-profile digital entertainment account. In this role, you will act as the dedicated day-to-day digital asset manager for one of our major partners, ensuring operational excellence and continuous audience growth. You will not only handle the technical backend of YouTube management but also dive into the creative process by conceptualizing, editing, and designing original content to drive a new pillar of digital revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Operations: Handle the timely uploading and strategic scheduling of all video assets to maximize algorithmic discoverability.
- SEO & Discoverability: Craft highly searchable titles, descriptions, and tag structures to optimize organic reach and subscriber growth.
- Content Creation & Supercuts: Independently conceptualize, edit, and produce original content and engaging middle-segment supercuts. Manage the end-to-end production workflow, including thumbnail design and final export.
- Community Management: Monitor comments and drive community engagement to foster a healthy, active subscriber base.
- Analytics & Strategy: Track video performance using specific tags or playlists in YouTube Studio, and provide comprehensive monthly reports on viewership trends and actionable growth strategies.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Proven experience managing large-scale YouTube channels and a strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and monetization (AdSense) frameworks.
- Hands-on technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere Pro for video editing, After Effects for motion graphics/speed ramps, and Photoshop/Illustrator for click-driven thumbnail design).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret YouTube Studio data and translate it into actionable content strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple production timelines and upload schedules independently.
- A keen eye for pacing, storytelling, and identifying highly engaging "highlight" moments within longer video formats.
