Role Description

1. Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special offers.
• Develop monthly marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of approved initiatives.
• Support brand-building initiatives to enhance market presence and visibility.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Coordination

• Manage and monitor official social media platforms and other digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate the development, approval, and publication of marketing content.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

3. Sales & Lead Generation Support

• Work closely with the Business Development & Sales Team to support sales initiatives.
• Assist in generating leads for spa services, academy programs, and corporate partnerships.
• Support promotional activities aimed at customer acquisition and revenue growth.

4. Marketing Materials & Brand Management

• Coordinate the design, printing, and distribution of brochures, banners, vouchers, flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all outlets and communication channels.

5. Events & Partnership Coordination

• Organize and coordinate exhibitions, wellness programs, educational fairs, and promotional events.
• Liaise with hotels, corporate clients, and business partners for marketing collaborations and partnerships.

6. Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management.
• Maintain proper records of campaigns, activities, and related expenditures.

7. Budget & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for marketing and promotional requirements.
• Monitor marketing expenses and ensure activities are executed within approved budgets.

8. Other Duties

• Coordinate with outlet teams and departments for smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Perform any additional marketing-related responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and execute effective promotional strategies.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
• Sales and customer relationship skills to support revenue growth and enhance guest experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or service industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
