Career Description

SoftUp is seeking an organized, creative, energetic, self-motivated and tech-savvy person with demonstrated experience in digital marketing to join our team of rockstars. The ideal candidate will have experience in owned and earned digital media channels such as SEO and email, along with paid channels including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok.

This position is responsible for working with the CEO/Executives/Directors/Manager to conceive and produce targeted communication, video scripts, blogs, and other social contents.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include

Brainstorm with the content team for new ideas and strategies for effective content.
Research markets and industries to create content that is innovative and original.
Develop content on a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (such as websites, blogs, articles, and social media).
Oversee multiple client accounts simultaneously, while optimizing towards individual performance goals
Perform the execution and ongoing optimization of display, paid social and search marketing campaigns
Ad copy and landing page strategy and creation for performance
Create eye-catching and innovative headlines.
Create new content to assist marketing campaigns.
Write SEO optimized content briefs for improved organic rankings
Create and deploy email campaigns
Develop marketing dashboards and performance reports for assigned clients
Present weekly and quarterly performance reports on client-facing meetings
Identify and present new ideas for campaign optimization to senior team members

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, journalism or related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience
3+ years SEO and SEM experience
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads
Experience with copywriting for digital ads
Working knowledge of SEO principles
Familiarity with Astrology, Hindu Culture, and Hindu traditional words.
Familiarity with keyword placement and SEO
Excellent English grammar and writing skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Self-motivated and self-directed
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Confluence experience is a plus.
