Job Description
We are looking for a sharp, target-focused, and experienced Assistant Team Leader to join our UK digital sales campaign. This position requires an energetic individual who thrives in a competitive sales environment and can drive both personal and team performance.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in closing international sales and guiding a team of sales executives in a fast-paced, high-output campaign. You’ll play a dual role — managing sales performance while personally engaging UK business owners to promote digital marketing, SEO, and website solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily outbound sales activities targeting UK businesses and maintain strong personal performance in sales.
- Actively pitch, negotiate, and close sales for digital marketing, SEO, and website solutions.
- Support the Team Leader in monitoring key performance indicators and achieving collective goals.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to trainees and sales executives to improve communication and conversion skills.
- Build a competitive, performance-oriented team culture through motivation and accountability.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and ensure prompt resolution.
- Take charge of daily operations and performance tracking in the absence of the Team Leader.
Job Specification
- Minimum one to three years of experience in outbound international sales, preferably in the UK market.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Sound understanding of digital solutions including website design, SEO, Google Ads, and online branding.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management systems and sales reporting tools.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong sense of accountability in a competitive sales environment.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Certification or exposure to digital marketing or sales training will be an added advantage.
