Job Description
Web Royale Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and confident Trainee Sales Executives to join our international UK sales team. In this role, you will communicate directly with UK-based business clients, understand their requirements, and present our IT solutions effectively to generate sales.
This position is ideal for candidates who are fluent in English, eager to build a career in international sales, and motivated to work in a target-driven environment while gaining exposure to the global IT market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential UK business clients during the UK shift
- Promote website development, digital marketing, and online presence solutions
- Explain the benefits of having a website for business growth
- Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential leads from the UK market
- Understand client needs and provide customized sales solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Job Specification
- Fluent in English (speaking & communication is mandatory)
- Strong persuasion and sales closing skills
- Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, and SEO (training provided)
- Quick learner, adaptable, and goal-oriented
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced sales environment
Working Schedule:
- Shift: UK Shift (Night Shift)
- Time: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Off
