Telemarketing Executive

Taleju Pustak Bitarak is looking for a motivated and confident Telemarketing Executive to support sales and customer outreach through phone-based communication. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting books and related products, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote books and publications.
• Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into orders.
• Maintain a database of customer information and follow up regularly.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and delivery updates.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Minimum +2 / Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales will be an advantage.

Experience
