Job Description
We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist / Executive to lead and execute advanced SEO strategies for multiple client websites. This role is strictly for experienced SEO professionals who can independently handle projects, deliver measurable ranking improvements, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement advanced on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Technical SEO Audits
- Identify and fix technical issues related to indexing, crawlability, site speed, and overall website performance.
- Advanced SEO Planning
- Develop data-driven SEO plans to achieve faster and sustainable ranking improvements.
- Content Optimization & SEO Copywriting
- Optimize existing content and write SEO-friendly webpage content with proper keyword placement and structure.
- Backlink Building & Monitoring
- Plan and execute high-quality backlink strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
- SEO Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare keyword ranking reports, work progress reports, and analytics reports using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO recommendations effectively.
- Intern & Junior SEO Guidance
- Train, mentor, and assign tasks to SEO interns/junior staff, ensuring quality output and skill development.
- SEO Trends & Updates
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices.
Job Specification
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (Required)
- Proven track record of handling multiple SEO projects independently
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO
- Experience with SEO tools such as:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- SEMrush / Moz / Ahrefs
- Google Keyword Planner
Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and other CMS platforms
Soft Skills
