Job Description
Join Web Royale Pvt. Ltd. as a Tele Sales Executive and become a key member of our international sales team. In this role, you will communicate directly with Australian business clients, understand their requirements, and confidently pitch our IT solutions to drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibility:
- Make outbound calls to potential Australian business clients during the AUS shift
- Introduce and explain our website development, digital marketing, and online presence solutions
- Communicate the benefits of having a website for business growth
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on potential leads from the Australian market
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Job Specification
- Fluent in English with excellent speaking and communication skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, and SEO (training will be provided)
- Goal-oriented, quick learner, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to work in the Australia Shift (Morning Shift)
Working Schedule:
- Shift: Australia Shift (Morning Shift)
- Time: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekends Off: Sunday
