Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Female Sales Representative to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about eyewear fashion, committed to delivering excellent customer service, and ready to grow within a professional optical retail environment. Prior experience in optical products is a major advantage but fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear products (spectacles, sunglasses, contact lenses, etc.).
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eyewear solutions.
Promote premium brands and explain features & benefits clearly.
Maintain product knowledge, including lenses (e.g., Carl Zeiss, Essilor, Hoya) and frame options.
Support eye care professionals by scheduling appointments and upselling services when appropriate.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle transactions, billing, and cash register operations accurately.
Keep the store organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
Meet and exceed individual sales targets.

Job Specification

Qualifications:

Education: 12th Pass (required)
Experience:

Optical experience is a priority (preferred).
Fresher candidates can apply if they have excellent communication skills, eagerness to learn, and good customer service attitude.
