Job Description

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ensure a pleasant and smooth check-in process.
Handle incoming phone calls with a clear, authoritative, and pleasant voice. Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other engagements. Maintain an organized calendar.
Offer accurate information about the company’s services, policies, and procedures. Address inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages. Ensure timely and accurate distribution.
Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization. Assist with other office duties as required.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions. Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.

Job Specification

Demonstrated confidence and a positive attitude in professional settings.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with a strong and engaging voice.
Proven skills in persuading and effectively conveying information.
Minimum of 12th grade completed or currently pursuing.
17 years and above.
