Job Description
Meet Point Consultancy is seeking two dynamic, well-presented, and professional Receptionists to manage front-desk responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for clients, students, and visitors—playing a key role in delivering a welcoming and organized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and students professionally and warmly.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain and update visitor logs and front desk documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as required.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable condition.
- Handle office supplies and basic administrative tasks.
- Support counseling and documentation staff as needed.
Job Specification
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Nepali.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Polite, professional, and presentable personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Prior experience in an educational consultancy or service-based industry preferred.
