Job Description
Peaceful Education Foundation is seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing calls, handling front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and inquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email
- Assist in student record management and general office documentation
- Provide administrative support to staff and management as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all information related to students and staff
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary
Job Specification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Nepali)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Polite, professional attitude and appearance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
- Prior experience in educational institutions is a plus
