Job Description

Times Business Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Officer – Finance and Accounts to join our Kathmandu-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy in all primary data and daily accounting entries in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Liaise with banks for transactions, reconciliations, and maintaining healthy relationships to facilitate business operations.
Handle vendor accounts, schedule payments, and maintain proper documentation for audit trails.
Ensure all financial documents are properly maintained, updated, and readily available for review or audit.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports to management.
Reconcile party accounts periodically and ensure timely confirmation and resolution of discrepancies.
Assist in internal and external audits and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
