- Manage the overall financial operations of the organization, including day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, financial postings, billing, and reporting.
- Maintain and update general ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare profit and loss statements for individual client files, vehicles, and the organization as a whole on a monthly basis.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, maintain proper aging reports, and submit weekly status reports.
- Handle vendor and client relations related to payments and schedule payments effectively.
- Maintain periodic records and reports of furniture, fixtures, office equipment, and other organizational assets.
- Independently manage the accounts of sister organizations and ensure proper financial reporting.
- Supervise cash receipts and payments handled by subordinates and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Allocate responsibilities to finance team members, monitor their performance, and review reports submitted by subordinates.
- Independently manage and oversee the entire Finance Department, ensuring smooth and efficient departmental operations.
- Develop and assign clear job responsibilities within the finance team and ensure tasks are completed within stipulated timelines.
- Prepare and manage all financial documents required for loan processing, including provisional reports, projected financial statements, receivable/payable reports, and other supporting documents.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports in a timely manner.
- Liaise and coordinate independently with banks and financial institutions on all finance-related matters.
- Prepare VAT reports accurately and ensure timely submission in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, registrations, and other statutory requirements.
