Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations across the Head Office and all outlets. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee records, attendance and payroll coordination, employee relations, HR compliance, performance management, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations for the Head Office and all outlets.
  • Handle the complete recruitment process, including CV screening, interviews, selection, offers, and appointments.
  • Maintain employee personal files, HR databases, and employment records.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, orientation, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime and coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts team.
  • Maintain and coordinate SSF, insurance, and other employee benefit records.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations, increments, promotions, and employee training programs.
  • Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, experience letters, clearance documents, and other HR correspondence.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies, rules, procedures, and code of conduct.
  • Monitor HR and labour compliance and maintain all required documentation.
  • Coordinate HR-related matters with Branch Managers, Supervisors, and Department Heads.
  • Conduct periodic HR checks and audits at outlets and follow up on identified HR issues.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports covering manpower, recruitment, turnover, attendance, leave, and other HR-related information.
  • Manage general administration and employee-related administrative requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Report significant HR, disciplinary, and compliance matters to management and provide appropriate recommendations.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in HR and Administration, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Sound knowledge of Nepal labour-related requirements and HR practices.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and coordinate effectively across different outlets and departments.
