Waiter

Surjan Manpower Supplier is seeking courteous and energetic Waiters to provide excellent customer service in hotels, banquets, resorts or catering settings. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive dining experience by efficiently serving food and beverages while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Ensure proper presentation of food and drinks according to company standards.
• Attend to customer needs and provide recommendations when requested.
• Handle payments and maintain billing accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Prior experience as a waiter or in customer service preferred but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.

• Contract Duration: A minimum of six months after joining.
