Job Description

Sun Hill Overseas Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Officer with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling client and visitor inquiries, managing calls, and providing general administrative support. Strong communication skills, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and handle basic inquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and reception area.
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and databases related to candidate visits and inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front desk or administrative support role, preferably in recruitment or overseas employment agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Well-organized, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Nepali and English (spoken and written).
