Job Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming calls, direct them to appropriate departments, and handle basic inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk and reception area.
- Maintain and update records, documents, and databases related to candidate visits and inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
