Job Summary

To drive hotel revenue and business growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, increasing market presence, and promoting the hotel’s rooms, F&B, banquet, events, and other services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and business targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, event organizers, and other potential clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, property visits, and business meetings.
  • Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, events, packages, and other services.
  • Generate leads and follow up on business inquiries, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Manage corporate, group, MICE, wedding, conference, and other event-related business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Banquet, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of sales commitments.
  • Develop and maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, partners, and business contacts.
  • Support digital marketing, social media promotions, online campaigns, and hotel promotional activities.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, sales events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking activities.
  • Prepare sales reports, revenue updates, sales forecasts, market analysis, and activity reports for management.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, room-night targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition objectives.
  • Ensure proper follow-up and timely conversion of leads into confirmed business.
  • Handle client feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional communication and represent the hotel positively in the market.
  • Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by management.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in hotel sales, marketing, business development, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Experience in corporate sales, MICE, group sales, or hotel marketing will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the local corporate and hospitality market is preferred.
