Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate laundry staff and daily operations
- Ensure high-quality cleaning, ironing, and finishing of linen and uniforms
- Maintain stock and inventory records of linen and laundry supplies
- Monitor and maintain laundry equipment in good condition
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for linen requirements
Job Specification
- Education: Diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or related field preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in laundry operations; 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and fabric care
- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and quality control focus
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
