Job Description

Supervise and coordinate laundry staff and daily operations
Ensure high-quality cleaning, ironing, and finishing of linen and uniforms
Maintain stock and inventory records of linen and laundry supplies
Monitor and maintain laundry equipment in good condition
Enforce hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for linen requirements

Job Specification

Education: Diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or related field preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in laundry operations; 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
Knowledge of laundry procedures and fabric care
Leadership and team management skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and quality control focus
Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
