Job Description
- Architect & Designer Outreach: Regular visits and interactions to promote company’s full product portfolio; build and maintain relationships .( inside outside kathmandu valley )
- Channel Development: Identify, appoint, and manage area‑wise distributors and resellers to expand market presence
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan territory-wise sales strategy, set periodic targets, forecast accurately, and ensure their fulfillment
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, track competitor actions, and spot project-level sales opportunities
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Liaise with stakeholders—marketing, logistics, finance, product teams—to support project rollouts and product launches
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and present sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
Job Specification
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in building construction or construction-materials sector
- MBA or equivalent management qualification
- Owns a two‑wheeler for client visits and mobility
- Track record working on small and large projects with renowned architects/interior designers
- Skilled in client presentations and sales pitches
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA, preferably with focus on sales, marketing, or operations
- Proven experience in sales/business development in construction materials or building sector
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field (requires two‑wheeler)
- Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics platforms
