Job Description
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead partner acquisition and institutional collaboration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, onboarding sub-agents, and expanding our brand presence across regions. This role is key to scaling our consultancy’s network and student reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit sub-agents and education partners locally and internationally
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education industry
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s reach in new markets
- Conduct presentations, events, and webinars to promote services
- Collaborate with marketing and admission teams to support growth targets
- Negotiate and close collaboration agreements with agents or institutions
- Track and report performance metrics of partner networks
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in business development or agent relations, preferably in education
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel for meetings, expos, and events when required
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
- Experience using CRM systems and handling partner accounts
