Job Description

SAS Education Consultancy is looking for an experienced and motivated Multi-Destination Education Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling students interested in studying abroad and providing end-to-end counseling and application support across Australia, USA, New Zealand, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional counseling to students regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, colleges, and destinations.
  • Handle counseling and student inquiries for Australia, USA, New Zealand, and Canada.
  • Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, financial capacity, and preferences to suggest suitable study options.
  • Guide students through the complete application and admission process.
  • Assist with documentation, application preparation, and submission while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay updated on admission requirements, intakes, courses, scholarships, and visa-related requirements across assigned destinations.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with students throughout the counseling and application process.
  • Coordinate with universities, colleges, and relevant institutional representatives when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications, follow-ups, and outcomes.
  • Support the consultancy in achieving student enrollment and overall business targets.
  • Build strong relationships with students and provide professional support throughout their application journey.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an education consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of study-abroad processes for Australia, USA, New Zealand, and Canada.
  • Excellent counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess student profiles and recommend appropriate study options.
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of documentation and application procedures.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in dealing with students.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
