Bartender

We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and professional Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and well-organized bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drinks when required.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Operate the bar POS/cash handling system accurately.
• Maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor of low-stock or required items.
• Keep the bar, equipment, glassware, and work area clean and hygienic.
• Ensure responsible and professional service to customers.
• Handle customer requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock arrangement.

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
• Professional, presentable, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
