Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented Waiter / Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders accurately, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide menus in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Present bills and process payments accurately when required.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness throughout the service area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
• Assist with restaurant opening, closing, cleaning, and other operational duties as assigned.
• Ensure guests receive attentive and courteous service throughout their visit.

• Minimum SEE/10+2 or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand and work for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
