English Language Instructor

Huayang Nepal is seeking a qualified and passionate English language instructor to teach foreign (non-native English-speaking) students from elementary to advanced levels. The ideal candidate will create engaging lessons, support student progress, and help learners achieve their academic and language proficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English language courses from elementary to advanced levels to non-native speakers.
• Develop structured lesson plans and teaching materials focused on language skills and exam strategies.
• Foster a supportive, engaging, and motivating classroom environment.
• Identify individual learning needs and design personalised improvement strategies for each student.
• Provide guidance on time management, test-taking strategies, and stress management.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with academic staff to enhance teaching quality and learning outcomes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience in teaching English language learners.
