Job Description
- Training and guiding insurance agents or associates;
- Ensuring that best customer service is delivered by the department;
- Meeting customers; up selling and cross-selling insurance products;
- Handling administrative issues relating to the role;
- Assisting the insurance manager in day to day tasks;
- Mentoring agents; filling up policy requisition forms;
- Taking care of administrative issues in absence of insurance manager;
- Handling customer inquiries and performing several other tasks.
