Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining service excellence, leading teams, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of all departments
Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
Lead, supervise, and motivate operational teams
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Support marketing activities, event planning, and execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders
Monitor operational performance and prepare reports using digital tools
Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations
Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role
