We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Executive to support daily operations in a medical equipment supply business. The role involves handling administrative tasks, billing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth documentation processes using accounting software.

Job Description

  • Administrative Management: Handle daily office tasks, maintain records, and coordinate communication between internal teams and external parties.

  • Tax Invoice & Billing: Prepare accurate tax invoices, maintain billing records, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

  • Busy Software Operations: Use Busy Software to record financial transactions, manage billing, and generate reports.

  • Logistics Verification:  Coordinate and verify dispatch, shipment details, and delivery status to ensure timely and correct deliveries.

  • Stock & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, and conduct regular stock checks

Job Specification
  • Experience: 6 month experience in related field or freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Education:  +2 completed or Bachelors running).
  • Industry Experience: Experience in medical equipment or healthcare supply is an added advantage.
  • Tax Knowledge: Basic understanding of taxation and compliance helps in handling invoices correctly.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently is important.
  • Accuracy: Ability to complete tasks with precision and minimal errors.
  • Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues and resolve them effectively.
