Receptionist

Pesa Ad is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong computer skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start a career in an established advertising company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain records, files, and office documentation
• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as required
• Support the team in daily office operations and coordination
• Ensure a neat, organized, and professional reception area.

• Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) education completed
• Preference for Bachelor’s running students or graduates

Experience:

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in computer operations and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of office equipment and procedures
