Institutional & B2B Sales Development
Identify and develop new institutional and corporate clients to expand business opportunities.
Promote company FMCG and food products to hotels, restaurants, schools, offices, and other organizations.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product offerings to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing institutional customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service support.
Address client inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues effectively.
Market Expansion & Business Growth
Explore new markets and sales channels to increase company reach.
Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and customer demand trends.
