The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting inspections, maintaining quality documentation, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in quality assurance within the food or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, and QMS requirements.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and audit documentation.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
