Sales Officer

Human Fit is looking for energetic and customer-focused Female Sales Associates to join our team for leather product sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for sales, including online platforms like TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent in-store service
• Promote and sell leather products effectively
• Maintain product display and store cleanliness
• Handle customer inquiries and build good relationships
• Create and promote product content on TikTok and other platforms
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Gender: Female
• Education: +2 completed (Bachelor’s running preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (Freshers can also apply)
• Good English speaking skills
• Strong customer handling ability
• Presentable with a good personality

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: NPR 15,000 (for freshers) + incentives
• Negotiable for experienced candidates
• Overtime pay available (after 7 PM)
• Saturday work: Overtime pay provided
• The company terms and conditions are requested to follow by the candidates.

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• (Up to 8:00 PM with overtime pay)
