CO HUB serves entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, online businesses, IT professionals, content creators, expats, diplomats, and other professionals running projects and ventures. The community focuses on networking, collaboration, and supporting remote work and virtual offices in a modern, well-designed environment. CO HUB is committed to fostering an inclusive coworking community where members can grow their businesses and connect with like-minded professionals.Role Description Entrepreneurs at CO HUB will use the coworking and event facilities to build, manage, and grow their ventures on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, engaging with clients and partners, and leveraging CO HUB’s networking events and community resources to create new opportunities. Entrepreneurs will manage their projects from the shared and dedicated workspaces, coordinate meetings in the meeting rooms, and utilize available services and technology to support operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, requiring regular presence at CO HUB to collaborate and participate in community activities.
Qualifications
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience in launching or managing startups, freelance businesses, or independent projects.
- Skills in business development, client relationship management, and networking to build partnerships within and beyond the coworking community.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively, including time management and prioritization in a shared workspace environment.
- Comfort with digital tools and online platforms for remote collaboration, virtual meetings, and online business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse community of professionals and participate in events.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in an open, collaborative coworking setting with shared resources and common areas.
- Previous experience working from coworking spaces or managing small teams is an advantage.
- Relevant educational background in business, management, technology, or a related
