Job Description

Ojas Agro Holdings is seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor/Graphics Designer to join their team. This is a full-time, mid-level role ideal for a professional who can produce high-quality visual content for our brand.

Location: Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
Design eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, banners, and motion graphics to complement video projects.
Collaborate with the content team to understand project requirements and ensure brand consistency.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain organized asset libraries and project files for efficient workflow.
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine final outputs.
Stay updated on industry trends and software updates to enhance video and design quality.

Requirements:

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Working knowledge of graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation (After Effects is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across visuals.
Good time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
Portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant work (academic or personal projects acceptable).
Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback.
Familiarity with social media video formats and trends (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certificate in film, design, or related field preferred.
