Ltd. is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dhangarhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner. Daily tasks include managing appointment schedules, maintaining visitor logs, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, providing courteous customer service to clients and trainees, and ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable. The Receptionist will be expected to uphold company standards of communication, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills to handle calls, greet visitors, and manage front desk operations professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including basic computer proficiency, data entry, filing, and document handling.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly with staff, clients, and trainees.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve minor issues, and create a welcoming environment.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include time management, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with further education in administration or HR considered an advantage.
