Hey there,

We are looking for someone with pigheaded dedication and utmost passion for a sales job. While our offered roles say it as a Sales Development Representative, it doesn't say you need to be radiating positive energy and full of passion into it. So, if you are the one with these virtues, you may be the right one.

Growmailers is a supercool place to work at. All Gen Z and a few millennials at work, the environment is fun yet fast-paced. You are constantly going to be challenged, debated, and pushed beyond your limit to help you achieve what you never thought was possible.

We are an email marketing agency trying to grow, one email at a time. Your job is to help us and yourself do that. You would reply to every email, follow the prospects, and lead them to a consultation call.

How would you do it? Here are the steps:

a) Reply to the prospects

b) Make a loom video explaining our offer

c) Follow the prospects to help them book a consultation call.

But before you apply, we want you to be brutally honest about yourself. Our prospects would read their emails when you are finishing your dinner. You need to reply as soon as they reply. So what a normal working day looks like for an average Nepali will be the opposite for you.

We will also need you to have excellent spoken and written English. The fluency we are looking for is like native speaker. Ideally, if you have spent one to three years in sales, support, or business development, you'll get our attention. Further, if you have worked for any international companies, especially those from US, we would like to talk to you immediately.

We don't like to poke you every once in a while. Therefore, you need to be super independent at your work, read and follow our SOPs like the bible, and bring out energy in every reply, every video.
