About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Software Developer (Front-end) to join our team. In this role, you will apply deep expertise in front-end architecture and UI/UX best practices to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into intuitive, scalable ERP interfaces that streamline operations and drive efficiency. Acting as a critical bridge between technical teams and end-users, you will ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with organizational goals through well-crafted, high-performance front-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS and Next.js
• Architect reusable, scalable component libraries and front-end patterns
• Optimize applications for performance, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
• Implement SSR, SSG, ISR, and API routes in Next.js based on product needs
• Integrate front-end with REST / GraphQL APIs and third-party services
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and estimation
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines
• Stay current with the React/Next.js ecosystem and propose adoption of relevant tools

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong front-end focus
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS (hooks, context, state management)
• 2+ years of production experience with Next.js (App Router and/or Pages Router)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, styled-components, or similar)
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query, etc.)
• Proficiency with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright)
• Familiarity with Git, code review workflows, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and front-end/back-end integration
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and browser rendering behavior
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear written/verbal communication

Required Skills

• Experience with Node.js / Express / NestJS or other back-end frameworks
• Familiarity with micro-frontends or monorepo tooling (Turborepo, Nx)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker)
• Experience with design systems (Storybook, Figma handoff)
• Knowledge of web security best practices (XSS, CSRF, CSP)
• Prior experience in a product-based or SaaS environment
