Detailed Job Description / RequirementWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Finance, HR & Admin Lead to manage the company's finance, human resources, and administrative operations.
The role will ensure accurate financial records, smooth HR processes, statutory compliance, and efficient day-to-day office operations while supporting the company's growth.
Responsibilities
Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting, financial records, billing, expenses, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, cash-flow reports, and management updates.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and overall financial controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and tax-related compliance.
- Manage recruitment coordination, employee records, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain attendance, leave, payroll inputs, incentives, and employee documentation.
- Support performance management, HR policies, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of employee records.
- Manage office operations, facilities, supplies, assets, and vendor relationships.
- Handle procurement, quotations, service agreements, and administrative documentation.
- Maintain proper filing, records, inventory, and asset registers.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
- Coordinate compliance related to Nepal's tax, VAT, labour, payroll, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain compliance calendars, documentation, and records.
- Coordinate with external professionals whenever specialized legal, tax, or regulatory advice is required.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience across Finance, HR, and Administration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, payroll, HR operations, and office administration.
- Good knowledge of Nepal's tax, VAT, labour, and statutory requirements. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and accounting/HR software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
