Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive student enrollment, and strengthen community engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, coordinating online campaigns, optimizing website content and performance, and tracking key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee lead generation initiatives, manage web analytics tools, and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging. This role also involves monitoring industry trends, proposing new digital initiatives, and maintaining a strong online presence across relevant platforms.


Qualifications

  • Strong Digital Marketing skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow audiences across major platforms.
  • Lead Generation skills, with the ability to design and manage campaigns that convert prospects into inquiries and enrollments.
  • Knowledge of Web Analytics and Marketing metrics to track performance, generate insights, and produce reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Nepali language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kathmandu, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects.
  • Prior experience in education, vocational training, or related sectors is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
