Job Description

Department: Commercial Vehicle Business Unit

Segment: Pickup & SCV Cargo

Location:Narayangadh (Bharatpur) & Mechi

Employment Type: Full-time

Role & Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify potential customers for Commercial Vehicles.
Conduct field visits, manage showroom walk-ins, and perform regular follow-ups to meet sales targets.
Effectively present product features, benefits, pricing, and financing options to customers.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Collaborate with finance, insurance, service, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, or Intermediate qualification (10+2) with at least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer concerns efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience working with B2B enterprise clients or fleet sales.
Knowledge of local market dynamics and dealer networks in the commercial vehicle segment.
Certification in sales training or customer relationship management.

Driving License: A valid two-wheeler/motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
