Sales Officer – Electronics (Kathmandu & Pokhara)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Officer to join our electronics business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling electronic products, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s electronic products to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or consumer durable industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of electronic products and market trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for sales and client visits when required.
