Sales Officer (Kathmandu & Pokhara)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s FMCG products to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in the FMCGorconsumer durable industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of FMCG products and market trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for sales and client visits when required.
