Job Description

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Service Coordinator – Automobile to oversee workshop operations, support vehicle diagnosis and troubleshooting, manage mechanics, and ensure a high standard of customer service.


Location: Naxal, Kathmandu

Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM


Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Supervise daily workshop operations and coordinate the activities of mechanics and technical staff.
  • Diagnose vehicle issues and provide appropriate technical guidance and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and technical problems effectively.
  • Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues, service requirements, repair progress, and recommendations.
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of repair and maintenance work.
  • Allocate and monitor workshop jobs according to priorities and workload.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and address service-related concerns professionally.
  • Prepare service reports, workshop documentation, and other administrative records.
  • Monitor proper use of the company's workshop/service management software.
  • Ensure required reports and records are accurately maintained and filed.
  • Support administrative activities related to workshop operations.
  • Ensure proper workshop procedures, safety standards, and service quality are maintained.


Requirements:

  • Graduate qualification required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in automobile workshop operations, vehicle servicing, or a related field.
  • Automobile Engineering, Automobile Diploma, or related technical background is highly preferred.
  • Strong vehicle diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical skills.
  • Experience supervising mechanics or technical teams.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Ability to independently prepare reports and professional correspondence.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with workshop/service management software.
  • Proactive, energetic, responsible, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Own transportation and a valid driving license required.
