The Retail Sales team member will greet customers, identify their needs, and provide product information to support informed purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include assisting with sales transactions, handling payments accurately, and maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for every visitor. The team member will also help with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and collaboration with colleagues to meet sales and service targets.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage with diverse customers and build positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales experience and Product Knowledge to guide customers and support effective selling in a store environment.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, including active listening and concise verbal communication, to assist customers and coordinate with team members.
- Candidates should possess basic numeracy and point-of-sale (POS) skills to manage transactions, handle cash, and operate checkout systems accurately.
- Candidates should possess reliability and time management skills, with the ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is beneficial; a high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
