Job Description
Role SummaryWe're looking for a Videographer/Editor who can independently shoot and edit high-quality video content for a diverse roster of domestic and international clients from short-form Reels and Meta ad creatives to , and product shoots. You'll work closely with the SMM, design, and account management teams to turn campaign briefs into scroll-stopping video content on tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content), Meta/Google ad campaigns, and client websites
Handle end-to-end production: pre-production planning, on-location/studio shoots, lighting and audio setup, and post-production editing
Edit raw footage into polished deliverables: trimming, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles/captions, and brand-consistent templates
Cover client events, product launches, and BTS content as required
Collaborate with SMM associates and graphic designers to align video content with campaign calendars and brand guidelines
Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and asset libraries for each client
Adapt content for multiple formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) across platforms
Stay current with video trends, editing styles, and platform-specific best practices (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook)
Turn around quick-edit content (Reels, story content) within short deadlines while maintaining quality on longer-form deliverables (brand films, TVCs, testimonials)
Qualifications & Skills
1+ years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing (agency, freelance, or in-house)
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics/titles
Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording for both studio and on-location shoots
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition for short-form social content
Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable traveling to client locations/events within the Kathmandu Valley
