This role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content that showcases products, brand stories, and customer experiences for digital platforms and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting and audio, capturing product demos, store events, and social media content, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging visual narratives. The Videographer will organize footage, maintain equipment, and ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards. The role may also involve occasional scripting support, basic motion graphics, and adapting content for different channels, including social media, web, and in-store displays.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in video production, including planning, shooting, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in camera operation and handling different camera types for various shooting scenarios.
- Ability to manage lighting setups and apply lighting techniques to enhance video quality.
- Experience in shooting video for product showcases, promotional content, and social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Understanding of framing, composition, color, and basic sound recording for video.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with marketing, sales, and store teams.
- Prior experience in commercial videography, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage.
- Relevant training or education in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred.
