Job Description
Enlighten Infosys is looking for Social Media Content Creator.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, photos, and other social media content.
- Create content aligned with Enlighten Group’s brand identity, campaigns, products/services, and communication goals.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, sounds, memes, hashtags, and emerging content styles.
- Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and other internal teams to develop campaign content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, events, team activities, customer experiences, and brand moments.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas.
- Ensure all published content maintains the quality, tone, and values of Enlighten Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Ability to edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others when required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
